We have chosen not to posses a shop front.

Unfortunately not. Our warehouse facility has no public access.

International Orders, Do you ship outside the New Zealand?
No unfortunately not. This is due to the difficulty in complying with all the various international import / export regulations. Use one of our international partners to recieve your antenna.

Will tax be added to my order?
No! All prices shown already include the goods and services tax.

Do you have products in stock?
Unlike other stores, we do not sell a product unless we have it. Items that are not in stock will be temporarily removed from the web site ensuring you cannot purchase an item that’s not in stock. So, if you can buy it... that means it's in stock.

Returns & Exchanges, Can I return an item purchased?
Yes, you can return anything you buy from us anytime up to 14 days from purchase. Of course it has to be in brand new condition ( not used ) Returned the item for exchange or a full refund. Once the item is received it will be replaced or refunded. > More Information...


What happens if an item is faulty?
If an item arrives and it is in some way faulty ( does not work ) or broken, we will replace it immediately. Don't worry, this hardly ever happens, but if it does we'll look after you. Please contact us as soon as possible and we'll help you out.
